2.Do you accept orders placed outside US?
Yes, We can ship orders all over the world. (shipping might take 4-5weeks)
3.How long will it take to receive my order?
About 15-20 days after shipped, sometime it will in advance,sometime it will be delayed. (This time will be affected by customs delays, weekends, holiday periods and any unforeseen circumstances.)
Products shipped from our U.S. warehouse in California will generally take 5 to 7 days to receive if shipped to the United States. We ship via USPS from our California warehouse. Shipment from our California warehouse will be indicated on the product page.
4.How do I track my order?
You will get an e-mail from us telling you that your order has been shipped,and there's a tracking number and tracking website inside of it. You can track through the link in the email,if you don't receive an email, please contact us by rennoya.kawaii@gmail.com

6.Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be
sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
7.When will you ship my items?
All orders leave the warehouse within 2-5 business days of payment.
We will notify you by email with a Tracking Number within 2-5 business days. Emails sent out with your Tracking Number may end up in your junk/spam folders, so please check there before sending duplicate requests.
